Shipping & Refund Policy

We offer exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase (invoice) must be intact.

  • Exchange is only applicable for size, not for style or color variations.

 

Note:

  • Products on SALE or Clearance Sale are not eligible for exchange or return unless received damaged or defective.

  • We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if these conditions are not met.

 

How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Use Subject LineOrder ID + Return/Exchange Request

  3. In the email, mention the issue in detail and attach clear photos/videos of the product (mandatory for damaged/defective cases).

  4. You will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours.

  5. Pack the item securely with original packaging.

  6. Our delivery partner will schedule a pickup within 10 business days.

Important

If there’s a mismatch between the item described in the exchange request and the one handed over, pickup may be denied.

 

Exchange Timeline & Conditions

  • After pickup, the item will undergo a quality check at our warehouse.

  • If approved, the exchange will be processed and dispatched.

  • Only one exchange request is allowed per order.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a credit note or refund, as applicable.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if the original product is not replaceable or is returned due to a defect.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after product approval.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Cancellations after dispatch are not allowed.
